Ivy Hall is a splendid 1904 mansion in the scenic Overbrook section of Philadelphia. It was designed by Charles Barton Keen, architect for some of the most prominent merchants and industrialists in Philadelphia at the turn of century. Ivy Hall is appointed as a private home and provides a most comfortable ambiance for conferences, seminars, lectures and retreats. Ivy Hall has both a “prep kitchen” and a service kitchen off the large formal dining room for catered affairs. The most imposing feature of the house is a ball room which is a magnificent setting for a variety of functions, from ball room dancing to musical recitals, art exhibits and lectures.
